New deadlines for your 2019 tax return !

Due to the unprecedented health crisis that is hitting the world hard, the French tax authorities have recently granted French taxpayers an additional deadline for filing their income tax returns.
As every year, the deadline for submitting your tax return depend on your department of residence. Here are the new deadlines for filing your 2019 tax return:
- For departments 01 to 19 and non-residents, the deadline is now midnight on 04 June 2020.
- For departments 20 to 54, the deadline is now midnight on 8 June 2020.
- For departments 55 to 95 and Overseas Departments, the deadline is now midnight on 11 June 2020.
The income tax tele-declaration service will be available on the www.impots.gouv.fr website from 20 April 2020. The deadline for people declaring their income on paper has been extended to 12 June 2020.
