LMNP tax status : Declare rental income to the Micro BIC tax regime or Réel tax regime ?

The Réel tax regime
 
If you decide to declare your rental income to the Réel tax regime, you can take into account all the expenses incurred in your LMNP activity, including the depreciation of the Mobil home and interest on loans (if you use a bank loan).
In addition, you will be able to recover VAT on the purchase price of your mobile home, on the annual rental charge for the campsite plot as well as on all the equipment related to your rental activity (terrace, air conditioning, ...).

Finally, the Réel tax regime will eventually allow you to achieve significant tax savings on your income received as a Non-Professional Landlord of Furnished Accomodation.
 
In most cases, the Réel tax regime will be the best tax option for your LMNP tax status.
 
However, this tax system will require the implementation of specific measures and regular management that only a specialist will be able to carry out properly.
